Delivery options, order tracking and information about delivery issues.

 

How can I track my order or check the delivery status?

Anything order-related can always be found on your account. If the order has been shipped already, you can trace your parcel with a tracking number.

This tracking number can also be found in your confirmation email. It becomes active within 24-48 hours after you've received the email.

If you didn’t get a confirmation email, it could’ve ended up in your spam inbox. If that’s not the case give us a call so our customer service agent can take it from there.

 

What delivery options do I have?

For online orders, the following delivery options are available:

  • delivered at a home/work address

You can choose your preferred delivery option during the check out process.

 

What happens when I miss the delivery of my order?

That depends on the carrier, but most of the time your order is:

  • Delivered at your neighbours unless you have informed us or the carrier that you do not prefer to have parcels delivered at your neighbours
  • Delivered at a second attempt the next business day

At all times the carrier leaves you a (digital) note with the delivery details.

 

What is the delivery time and cost?

Delivery is made from Monday to Friday.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed until 12:00 GMT usually are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT will be shipped in the following business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 GMT, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

  • Orders placed on National Holidays will be shipped in the following business day.

  • During promotional periods and festive seasons, please expect longer than normal dispatch and delivery times. Estimated delivery times can be vary depending on the part of the world you are. Note that delivery times starts from the date of expedition.

  • Expedition - orders will be processed and shipped 1-2 business days. Your orders will be shipped after payment confirmation and if all items are available for shipping.

  • Shipping time: Portugal 1-2 business days; Europe 3-5 business days; Rest of the world 5-7 business days - these delivery times are an estimate and may change due to customs.

All orders are sent by CTT with registered Mail (Correios de Portugal). Tâmtu is not responsible for deliveries or any delays caused by the post office.

Tâmtu is not responsible for any delays caused by destination custom clearance processes, import charges, local duties and taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery.

Your order will be shipped after payment confirmation and if all items are available for shipping.

What should I do If I'm missing an item\part of my order?

If you're missing one or more items from your order contact us, so our customer service agent can take it from there.

 

What should I do when I receive a wrong item?

If you've received a wrong item contact us, so our customer service agent can take it from there.

What should I do when my order was delivered at the wrong adress?

In case your order has been delivered to the wrong address you can locate it under “delivery status” in your account, or check te track & trace link in the shipping confirmation email.

If the order hasn’t been delivered yet, you can contact your carrier to see if they can help you change the delivery address.

If the parcel was declined at the delivery address, the order will be return to our warehouse. Once we have processed the return, you'll be refunded within 10 to 14 days.

 

Do you have backorders?

Yes, in some cases we have backorders. Even when quantity reach zero in our store, you can purchase the product. In those cases, delivery is longer and depends also of the delivery adress. In these cases, if you need detailed information contact us, so our customer service agent can take it from there.
