Return & Refunds

RETURNS:

Within 30 days after purchase: to proceed with the return of the order please contact us.

IMPORTANT:  Earrings are strictly non-exchangeable or non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • We only accept returns if the item(s) are like new, without any signal of use and with the original packaging.

  • We don't accept returns of customized items or gifts. 

  • If you will return the order and you received a gift from Tâmtu with your purchase please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted, deducting the price of the gift. 

  • Returns must be shipped back to our Address under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. 

  • We will refund only the value of the products, deducting in the total ammount of the order, the shipping costs - paid by the client or paid for us, in the case of free shiping. In this case, shipping costs that we paid will be discounted to the ammount of the refund.

  • Please ensure to get tracking details for the returned package. Tâmtu is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If we didn't receive the package, we cannot proceed with the refund.

  • The refund is made when the items are successfully received and checked.

To proceed with the returns or exchanges please contact us letting us know your order number and which item(s) you want to return or exchange. 

EXCHANGES:

Within 30 days after purchase.

  • Item(s) must be returned like new, without any signal of use and with the original packaging.

  • Client will assure the shipping costs in the exchanges. Shipping costs to return items and shipping costs to the new delivery.

  • Exchanges must be shipped back to our Address under the responsibility and cost of the buyer. 

  • Please ensure to get tracking details for the exchanged package. Tâmtu is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If we didn't receive the package, we cannot proceed with the exchange.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

If you believe that the received item(s) is defective, please contact us immediately. Once we have received your claim, we will check the issue and we will proceed with the exchange of the defective item for a new piece. If the item is no longer available, we will proceed with the refund or with a new item of client choice. If the new product has a higher price than the defective product, the client has to pay the diference. In case of the new product has a lower price, we will refund the difference. In case of defective item, you will be refunded of the total amount of the order, including shipping costs.

In your e-mail please include: 

• Order number

• A description of the defect

• Photos showing the defect

In case that you receive an item which you didn't order, please contact us as soon as possible.
